WARRANTY

• Step 1 - Confirm failure fits within our conditions below.

• Step 2 - Replace defective.

• Step 3 - Send photos/video of defective product to sales@performled.com to receive replacement. It’s important to ensure the defective product falls within the conditions below, in order to expedite claims.

CONDITIONS

• All PerformLED products come with a minimum 1 year warranty unless longer terms are specified (product specific)

• For all warranty claims, the original product receipt/product invoice is required.

   

• Any accident, abuse, modification, improper installation, or if the product is used differently than what it was intended for, will void the warranty.

   

• Warranty does not cover the cost of installation labor or shipping.

   

• In no event shall Performance LED Lighting be held responsible for any consequential or special damages, including but not limited to lamp housing, wiring harnesses, and relays.

   

• All our product designs and specifications listed on our website are subject to change without notice.

   

• Discontinued products will be replaced with a similar item of equal or lesser value.
